- Return policy: Due to this being a small business and the fact that i make everything by hand, all sales are final unless there is a mistake on my end, such as a piece breaking or wrong items being sent. - Lost or Stolen packages: for any lost or stolen packages please contact me and I will have to file a claim through USPS, all packages sent out will have a tracking number & insurance
- Jewelry repairs: i do offer free jewelry repairs, shipping will be on your end when shipping me the item and I will pay to ship it back to you. I do try my best to ensure that every piece is made with the best quality possible but mistakes do happen.
- Customs: contact me either through my contact page on here or instagram and ill get back to you as soon as i can(:
- Shipping: Items ship 1-3 days after placing and order unless an item that is made to order is purchased then its 1-3 days before i ship. All items ship through USPS from Illinois, shipping can take anywhere from 3-6 days. All items shipped will have insurance & tracking (:
